Toiling nonstop they form the rock into blistering music that is like a blunt mallet crashing into your girating skull. This book chronicals the long careers of the lads who feel just as comfortable rocking out as hanging about in the stroh with their mates. This book will assault you like taking dope,speed,coke, two shots of bourbon and afterword you will say right I'm ready.

Being an acupuncturist, I was really surprised by the depth in which Kailin covered his subject. Any question I might have had going into the text, in terms of OSHA standards for practice within my profession, were thoroughly covered. Practitioners should have this book handy, for reference, and for their own piece of mind and the health of their practice. This text should also be required in TCM schools nationwide.

This remarkable annotated reference series on the legislative history and meaning of the 1990 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is the best yet written. Mayerson, a seasoned disability civil rights attorney, is clearly personally familiar with the process that led to the passage of the ADA. Her own experience and insight adds clarity to the legislative language and Congress's intent when it enacted the law. This work presents an articulate and insightful explanation of the landmark legislation. An essential reference document for disability rights advocates, attorneys and judges alike.

This book is an absolute must-have for anyone who plays the guitar and loves the timeless music of AC/DC. The songs transcribed are true classics and the arrangements are predominantly note-by-note accurate. Granted, most mere mortals don't possess the speed or technical abilities of Angus Young, the incomparable lead guitarist, or his rythem-playing brother, Malcolm, but with perseverance and practice, this book will bring many hours of smiles and maximum riffing. A hearty Angus fist up to this book!

After trying methods too numerous to mention, I was handed a copy of Luc De Schepper's book. I had been to several doctors and nutritionist for relief from irritating symtoms of Candida, using their methods over a period of seven years--restricted diets, cleanses and various medicines. Nothing worked until I followed the regimen of this knowledgable nutritionist. This is a superior work. My only criticism regards the lack of an index to relocate details.

I have always been impressed with ac/dc. This book has really made it all much more clear. I was a little disappointed though that absolutely no mention of Angus Young or any of the lads for that matter had appeared in the text. Well, I mean... if the band was important enough to have these particular forms of electricity named after them, one would think there to be some mention of them in the book! I mean... who made who? This is not the first time that this oversight has occured. As a matter of fact, I scarcely recall their being mentioned even once in a four year university level discourse on the subject! Oh well, at least I received a BSEE? out of the deal, and it has proved quite useful in securing a job in the states (United States that is). In conclusion though, putting these issues aside, I found the book to be quite interesting.

THIS IS A TIPTOP REF FOR THOSE OF US WHO NEED TO PUSH OUR FACT-DRIVEN PROGRAMS THROUGH THE BARRIERS THAT READ: "I'VE MADE UP MY MIND & I'VE GOT MY OWN PRIVATE AGENDA, SO DON'T CONFUSE ME WITH THE FACTS!" THE CHICAGO 'HOMELESS' RESEARCH (EXHIBIT 10) IS A CLASSIC. EMPHASIS IS ON 'SOCIAL' PROGRAMS, BUT EVERY BUSINESS POLICYMAKER SHOULD OWN & READ & RE-READ THIS BOOK AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR.

An authoritative reference / textbook containing "thumbnails" of applicable evaluation theory and practice by experts in the field.

This book is especially useful for those new to evaluation, aimed particularly at those working in non-profits who have many other responsibilities. I first used the book to teach evaluation research at the University of Sydney, and am now using it to develop evaluation plans with community organizations in Northern California. The style is accessible, breezy, and the book has delightful illustrations. The down side is that it's difficult to get in the US.
