My son LOVES it! He carries it around all the time! Playing with the laptop computer, cell phone, and reading the briefcase book!

This storybook offers children a chance to be like Mom/Dad as they take their briefcase to work. We are on our second book since my children wore out the first one from playing with it so much. It is complete with all the "necessities"of the working world today. It's Great!

In the coming years, the role of the social worker in the treatment of the mentally ill will continue to grow. Books such as this help social workers to define their roles, which are critical ones. The mentally ill deserve the very best that the social work profession has to offer. Kia Bentley and Joseph Walsh do a great job in compiling the information needed to ensure that the collaboration between the social worker and patient is an informed one. This book is a fitting start to a new century of more effective treatment of some of our most vulnerable citizens.

This book is a wonderful product of the Decade of the Brain. Written by two concerned professionals in the social work field, it emphasizes that the medication of patients is a true partnership between the patient and professional. Only then will many patients truly comply with the medication that they would be better off taking.

While both Clymer and Hayes publish what could be described as an adequate service manual, the Bently service manual is definitive! Bently has an obviously close relationship with VW and it shows. At 500 pages Bently covers all permutations. When compared to the others, it may be twice the price but its ten times the manual. It really is a bargain.

I've used the Bently manual for everything from minor service issues (ie brakes & tune-ups) to major whole engine teardowns. The manual warns you of ahead of time where a special VW tool (they even specify the tool) or the servces of a machine shop is needed.

Frankly, I wouldn't attempt a repair without it. I just bought a new VW and bought the manual along with it.

Robert Bentley Publishing has created an art out of automotive repair. Their books are the most in depth, real world available on the market. Unlike some other publishers on the market, their books provide you with all possibilities depending on year, make, problem, etc. rather than "if the switch doesn't work on position 1,2,3, but on four, replace the switch" which by the way wasn't my problem at all....(worn out #3 resistor on fresh air fan relay). Consider these books an investment, you won't only save time in troubleshooting, but also by doing it right the first time.

So, you bought that squareback you've had your eye on since you were 18? You're going to need more than that "Compleat (sic) Idiot's Guide..." to get the whole thing working the way it should.

Wiring diagrams, Breakaparts, cross-sections and every number you'll ever need to identify, evaluate and fix whatever plagues your type 3. Add the decidedly helpful pictures and you'll be tooling down Highway 1 in your air-cooled wonder in no time.

By the way -- Type 3s are notchbacks, squarebacks, variants -- not "Love Bugs."

This is a great book for young kids!!! My daughter is absolutely captivated by the rhyme of each page only to be followed by her mesmerizing stare at the pull out tabs of each animal. This book uses a four line rhyme to ask children which animal they are describing and then you pull the tab to reveal...WHO LIVES HERE?. Monkeys have bananas, giraffes eat from trees, alligators have sharp pointy teeth, elephants have long noses, and the king of the jungle, the lion, roars! This book is a must have for any parent who loves to see their children enjoy a book!!!

Compiled and edited by Emily Foster, American Grit: A Woman's Letters From The Ohio Frontier is an inherently fascinating collection of correspondence from the first half of the nineteenth century, written by Anna Briggs Bentley, a devout Quaker wife determined not to lose contact with her mother and sister. Filled with emotion, a willingness to work, love for her family and her many children, and a great deal more, American Grit provides contemporary readers with a compelling and enjoyable look through a kind of "window of time" at daily life in rugged terrain. A fine work enhanced with brief annotations for clarity, American Grit is very highly recommended for Women's Studies and American History Studies collections and reading lists.

This is a terrific reference for anyone interested in getting more out of the poetry of Thomas Gray. Richard Bentley's wonderful illustrations come to life in the elegant and moving writing of Loftus Jestin. I cannot recommend this book highly enough.

Brecht's language is melting. The plot resembles that of Chekhov's Platonov, only more poetic. Is one of Brecht's best plays, often underrated. Highly recommended by this reader.

Whenever I have a question about my baskets I can refer to the Bentley Guide, It has been helpful to me in my years of collecting and I cannot wait until June when they bring out the sixth edition!

This book is a "must have" for longaberger collectors. All second hand baskets are based on "the bentley". You won't be sorry you made this purchase.
