Un Libro Diferente, Mágico
Un libro de autoayuda a manera de una historia. Ofrece tantas y variadas herramientas que quedé fascinada. Poseo muchos libros de autoayuda y de todos podría prescindir, menos de este.

An irresistible insight into Hollywood's glamour
What a gorgeous book this is - decade by decade, a clever, nostalgic, irresistible look at the "dream factory" which was the Great Hollywood from the '20s to the '60s. Scores of beautiful photo portraits of the greatest stars, each featuring a tight, wry, affectionate comment about the actor/actress and his/her career - if you like the coffee table books the late John Kobal used to do, you'll love this one. The author is a respected movie critic and historian from Italy. An English language edition would be pretty welcome, however

Wonderful photo/rference book
Perhaps the best produced Ferrari photo reference book ever published. The size of this book is HUGE. It features beautiful vivid photos (many worth framing). Book is out of print and has become quite a collector's item.

Complete racing history
This book is a great reference for Ferrari racing history. It covers all of the great side stories that only the insiders knew about while they were going on. My personal favorite part was the section on Senna and his promise to join the team that was never upheld because his life was cut short. The only thing missing is the actual race results. If you need a book for that, I highly recommend The Complete Encyclopedia of Formula One. This book has everything you need to know about every team that ever existed, every circuit ever raced on, every points scoring driver, and the results of every race from the beginning of the championship to the end of 1999.

Dated but great book on the road cars
A good overview on the roadgoing Ferraris, but because of the age of the book it stops with the Berlinetta Boxer and 308GTB/GTS.

Ferrari operating, maintenance, and service handbooks : a collection of all known handbooks from 1948 to (1963) published or made available by the Ferrari factory, reproduced in facsimile, with English translations, pertinent commentary and new photographs, also applicable Weber carburetor data sheets and Marelli electrical component drawings

Essential book for vintage Ferrari owners.
Compiled by Richard Merritt

The title is the best summary. Although slanted toward techies who may wish to adjust those blasted V12 multi-point distributers, the wealth of photographs will please the more historically-minded. High-quality large-format paperback; glossy pages. Very rare book; often sold in conjunction with one of the covered models. A solid "10", in a field that doesn't even have ten contenders!

This is THE classic Ferrari book
This book contains the entire history of Ferrari up until the mid-70s. If you are a Ferrari enthusiast of the older cars this is a required book on your shelf. The book contains hundreds of black and white photos as well as several color fold-outs. ISBN 0878800190 is the third revised and enlarged edition of the original Ferrari classic. Note that there is a fourth revised edition. If you are a collector I highly suggest getting a 1st edition and a 4th edition for the comprehensive extra information.

Before the dawn of Cavallino
Back before anyone had ever thought or heard of Cavallino, there was John W. Barnes, Jr. Publishing. Now, Cavallino, Inc. includes both the highly collectible Cavallino Magazine and the annual Palm Beach Cavallino Classic. But it all started with John W. Barnes, Jr. Publishing, back in the 1970s, with several automotive classics bearing this imprint.

This book in particular is an absolute must-have for any Ferrari or automotive enthusiast - it includes illustrations by Mr. Barnes himself. Not many copies are in circulation anymore!

The Ferrari of Ferrari Books
I bought this book in 1992 and have read it many times since.

With probing essays from Moretti and Pininfarina, and beautifully reproduced photos and original Ferrari design documents, this is THE Ferrari book to own.

Every time you crack open the cover, your passion will be renewed.
