An excellent overview of Oldenburg's large scale works. The introductory essay by Celant is tedious and overlong, and his literary style is oblique and dense, although he does make some insightful comments. Outstanding are the photographs of both the fabrication and installation of Oldenburg's sculptures, and Oldenburg's own comments about the history of each work, including how the designs changed as the work progressed. His explanations reveal his liberal use of free association and multiple meanings that are inherent in all his mature works. The book also includes numerous drawings by Oldenburg of alternate versions of the finished sculptures, as well as drawings for pieces that remain unexecuted.

This story would fall under the category of pyschological horror. A young actress is invited to study privately with her idol, an older actress who mysteriously fell out of the public eye. Well, the older actress turns out to be a homicidal maniac and imprisons the younger actress in the home. What follows is a tense, exciting adventure as the younger actress fights to win her freedom and save her life.

Since it was some time ago that I read the book and it is in storage, I can give you no names. And I don't recall the motivation of the older actress.

This book was the text in my first course in mass spectrometry. The book is a good introduction to MS for advanced undergrads and graduate students. I felt the book was very helpful, it covers the multitude of ionization sources, mass analyzers, and even tandem MS. I give it a thumbs up.

This is a very good book it explains addition, subraction, up to 4 digit multipication and division. It has the metric system and the customary system. There is also comparing fractions, adding fraction, subtracting them, and mutipling them. There are pre-tests and tests for every chapter.

THIS BOOK IS GREAT I WOULD SAY BUY IT

I homeschool my daughter and this series is great! I love using workbooks. It allows her to work independently. The answer keys make checking the work fast and easy! I just received this book for use next year for 5th grade. I am not disappointed. It appears to cover 5th grade math adequately. I used the same series last year along with "Math Made Easy-Grade 4" by John Kennedy. It supplied a very complete math curriculum. I also ordered "Math Made Easy-Fifth Grade" for additional math practice for next year.

An excellent introductory text to political thought, history, and belief systems. Wide coverage, and not so specialized as to alienate laymen or beginning students.

A great book! The authors take the reader back into the mists of time and show us the beginnings of the great ancient religions. Then onto alchemy and Fucanelli's work on the great cathedrals of Europe. All this to decipher the Great Cross at Hendaye. The last couple of chapters deal with what the Great Cross means to our future. They are informative if a little reaching. All in all a great book. It will definitely make you think about our ancient past and what our future holds for us.

Finally someone has done a through guide book of ohio. The information in this book could be a little more up to date, but that is a little hard to due with trail expansions and closures. I'm extremely happy to see the book because I met the author while riding at mickeys mountain, in norteast ohio, with two friends. Although the author put some of the pictures with different trails . I'm on page 137, in the front. Needless to say I was stoked to see my photo in print.

Bought this book on tape for a 6 year old and fell in love with it ourselves. It's nice to have BOT that we can listen to along with kids. I wish he would write more Newberry stories
